As a former executive leader, I’ve led high-performing, connected teams, and I’ve also navigated seasons where trust needed rebuilding, alignment was off, and connection had to be renewed.
Now, I work as a consultant, facilitator, and certified coach helping leaders and teams develop authentic leadership, strengthen connection, and lead from who they are, not just what they do.
With the perspective of a clinical social worker and the experience of an executive, I bring depth of insight, genuine empathy, and practical strategies you can apply right away.
Through my Safety & Stretch Leadership® approach — balancing psychological safety with the challenges that spark growth — I help leaders and teams create space for reflection, connection, and the application of actionable tools that build stronger relationships and drive the results that matter most.
